Founded in 1985 by Allister Boote, our company has seen significant growth and diversification. From being a small-scale scrap buyer and car breaker, we have expanded our services, focusing on larger demolition projects and scrap metal recycling.
- 1987: We built an aluminium furnace at our yard, transitioning into smelting aluminium and producing aluminium ingots.
- 2002: We placed a heavier emphasis on scrap steel and vehicles due to less profitability in aluminium.
- 2003: We became proactive about steel recycling and introduced a skip hire service to maximise productivity.
- 2005: We sought scrap on a larger scale, offering dismantling and demolition services.
