Commercial Dismantler Services in Leeds
We are a Cheshire-based company that operates all over the UK and Europe, including Leeds. Founded by Allister Boote in 1985, our journey started with small-scale scrap buying and car breaking. Over the years, we’ve grown to become one of the most trusted names in the industry.
From our humble beginnings at a yard on Bath Street in Sandbach, we relocated to a larger yard on Moston Road, allowing us to expand our operations. In 1987, we built our aluminium furnace, producing aluminium ingots. However, by 2002, we shifted our focus to scrap steel and vehicles, due to market demands.
2003 marked a significant year for us, as we became proactive about steel recycling. We introduced a skip hire service to maximise productivity and expanded our customer base considerably.
- Our growth didn’t stop there. In 2005, we branched out further, offering dismantling and demolition services on a larger scale.
- We embraced the digital age in 2006 and started using online auctions to source ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- By 2007, we made our first overseas scrap purchase, establishing good working relationships with companies in mainland Europe and Scandinavia.
In 2010, we changed our name to Sandbach Commercial Dismantlers Ltd to better represent our focus on larger demolition projects. We are one of the fastest growing independent Demolition Contractors in the North of England.
We have been established for some 34 years, during which time we have continually provided our clients with cost-effective solutions to their plant dismantling, demolition, and site clearance needs.
We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent working relationships with all of our clients coupled with the ability to adapt and respond positively to their changing needs.
Our management approach and successful track record in delivering our services safely, on time, and within budget set us apart from our competitors.
- Whether you are in need of a commercial dismantler service in Leeds or any other location in the UK or Europe, you can rely on us.
- Our years of experience and commitment to quality service make us a trusted choice for all your commercial dismantling needs.
